I do so...Nice handling of a touchy subject, Laura!

I do something similar to you & Mary--my bad guys use sorcery, my good guys are Gifted with four specific abilities--healing, prophecy, protection, or discernment--that they can only use when guided by God (Naran Ara in my world).lhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02717843055807658022noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7302046846873657677.post-51514716977240895252011-07-06T19:51:28.184-07:002011-07-06T19:51:28.184-07:00Thank you :DThank you :DLaura Elizabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15043576932031107768noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7302046846873657677.post-66085428836493920322011-07-06T19:31:43.794-07:002011-07-06T19:31:43.794-07:00*cheers and applauding*!
Excellent post, Laura. Yo...*cheers and applauding*!
Excellent post, Laura. You handled a touchy and tricky subject very skillfully--and you put my own thoughts on the topic into words for me. ; )
In my WIP, the 'bad guys' use magic and sorcery based on their religion of sun worship. The good guys are forbidden by Azor (God) to use magic; He does occasionally command and enable them to do some superhuman feat, but it is by His power and at His command only. There is no consistent pattern to it, so no one can 'harness' or manipulate it to their own purposes.
Once again, great post, Laura. Right on.Mary Ruth Pursselleyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03325447738032828151noreply@blogger.com
